Keep fit to play, with physiotherapy.

We are made to move our bodies. And when we move better, we enjoy life more fully.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy combines an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy with the skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury, and disability.

Rehabilitation with physiotherapy can involve a number of specialized techniques including manual manipulation, exercise therapy, postural, gait, balance and co-ordination retraining.

Other physical therapy modalities may include ultrasound, electrotherapy, k-taping and acupuncture.
